Gyrotonic Teacher Level 1 Pre-Training Course now available at The Mindful Movement Studio!

I just finished re-taking the Gyrotonic Level 1 Foundation Course, and I am now a Pre-Trainer in the Level 1 Gyrotonic Teacher Training course. I look forward to welcome students that intend to become Licensed Gyrotonic Trainers, and also any clients who may want to learn the principles and exercises of the Gyrotonic Level 1 format in greater depth, in a formal setting.
