The GYROTONIC(R) Pre-Training Course,
the first step in the journey to become a Licensed Gyrotonic Trainer,
is now available at the Mindful Movement Studio
with Pre-Trainer Lucia Pirisi-Creek

Study with us in an intimate, small group setting (2-3 students at one time) that allows for plenty of practice time and individualized teacher's attention.

Trainings will be scheduled based on students' availability either for six consecutive days, or two three-day segments over two weekends.

Start Dates:
January 9; February 20; March 13; and April 17, 2026
If you plan to take your Level 1 Foundation Course with MT Dominika Borovansky Gaines, in Phoenix, choose the April course.

The total cost of training is US $1150, which includes a non-refundable studio fee of $100, due at registration.
